How to Order

Postcards, printed and mailed: All of our postcards are printed 4-colors, two-sides, on quality heavy gloss card stock, so they're sturdy enough to withstand processing through U.S. Postal Service equipment.

All postcard designs can be customized with your logo, your club information (name, mailing address, phone numbers, web and email addresses), colors representing your club or brand, and if desired, your own photos in place of the design photos. See our Flash presentation on Customizing Postcards. (More extensive design changes or resizing may require additional fees.)

To ensure the best possible printing results, we'll provide a soft proof for your approval prior to printing.

Also included: Mailing services, single-use carrier route list rental, saturation ECRWSS postage, and delivery to post office. Yes, postage is included in our pricing!

Other options: If you do not want to mail to a saturation list, please give us a call so we can generate a quote based on your specific needs.

Mass Emailing services: Choose from HTML Email designs on this website (or we can provide Emails based on any postcard design on this website). All mass Emailings can be customized with your logo, your club information (name, mailing address, phone numbers, web and email addresses), colors representing your club or brand, and if desired, your own photos in place of the design photos. They also include distribution to an Email list (provided by customer) and statistical reporting.
